Twist Return Policy?
The return policy for twist.com is as follows:
For Domestic Orders:
- If the ordered item is not right for any reason, an insured prepaid return label can be requested by writing to customerservice@twistonline.com.
- The jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging, and with the receipt - within 10 days of receiving the order.
- If these conditions are met, a full refund minus the original shipping charge will be issued to the original purchasing card or method. If not, a gift card / store credit will be issued.
For International Orders:
- If the ordered item is not right for any reason, the item should be returned fully insured using whichever mail service is most convenient.
- The jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging, and with the receipt - within 10 days of receiving the order.
- If these conditions are met, a full refund minus the original shipping charge will be issued to the original purchasing card or method. If not, a gift card / store credit will be issued.
Please note that the online return/exchange policy does not apply in the Portland and Seattle stores. The stores accept returns for exchanges or store credits only within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry must be in unworn, pristine condition.
Repeated returns are monitored and at the discretion of TWISTonline, returns may be refused, an order may be denied, or an account may be closed if an excessive volume of returns is noticed.
For exchanges, please order the new item and send back the unwanted item within 10 days upon receiving. The return will be processed once received and the new item will be shipped out as soon as possible.
For repairs, any damaged or broken jewelry can be sent back for evaluation. Once evaluated, a course of action will be determined. This usually means it is sent back to the studio of the artist who originally made it so it can be repaired to their specifications.
Keep in mind that, depending on the billing cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
